Very present

Service Manager Bryan Colin and his assistant Michelle took very good care of me. They kept me informed of the need for, and status of, repairs. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be sure to come again.

The service coordinator was really informative and courteous.

The salesman talked so much that that he never heard anything I said. You were suppose to simply transfer my plates to the new car. My old registration was in the name of me OR my wife . Instead, they first wrote it as just Me and when they cancelled that, they lost the plates. So I paid for a new registration. The salesman also joked about the Dealer fee, which a sign on the wall said was 'negotiable'. It was NOT negotiable. You charged me $199.00 for an 'etch service' that I didn't ask for.

Brian was who I worked with. He was great, he made sure the part I needed was going to get to the dealership in time before I left.

Very happy with my service. I was able to get an appointment within two days of my request and had my vehicle back the following afternoon. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I was even able to redeem my accrued GM rewards points to pay for the bill. I will definitely be back again.
