Appointment was right on schedule, and the service (oil chg and tire rotation) was started right away and completed in roughly an hour while we waited. Michelle Mitchell was our service advisor the last two visits, and she’s awesome. She had already applied a coupon I had, and also rewards points I had accumulated when I went to pick up.

Service department (manager, technician ) especially Michelle were fantastic. Took my vehicle earlier than my scheduled appointment and constantly kept me informed. I highly recommend O’Neill Chevrolet for all your services.
